Common Issues and Quick Fixes
This article covers quick fixes for common issues clients run into inside the Amplified Client Hub. Most of these can be resolved in under a minute.
The short version
If something looks off, start with a refresh, try a different browser, and clear your cache. If the problem continues, submit a support ticket with a screenshot.

1) The page looks broken or out of place
This is often caused by cached files or a browser extension.
- Refresh the page
- Open the Hub in a private or incognito window
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
2) A button does not respond
This can happen if the page did not fully load.
- Refresh the page and try again
- Wait a few seconds for the page to fully load before clicking
- Try from a desktop or laptop if you are on mobile
3) Uploads are failing
File uploads can fail due to file size, connection issues, or browser limitations.
- Refresh the page and retry
- Try a different browser
- Try a smaller file size or a different format if possible
- Stay on the page until the upload completes
4) You cannot find something you expected
Some items may appear only when a service or project is active.
- Check the dashboard and project area first
- Look for recent notifications or updates
- If you still cannot find it, submit a support ticket and tell us what you are looking for
5) Password reset email not arriving
Password reset emails can sometimes be filtered.
- Check spam or junk folders
- Search your inbox for “password” or “reset”
- Try again after a few minutes

- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible
- Your device and browser (example: Windows Edge, iPhone Safari)
