Navigating Your Dashboard
This article explains what you see when you first log into the Amplified Client Hub and how to use your dashboard to stay on top of projects, messages, and next steps.
The short version
Your dashboard is your starting point. It highlights active projects, recent updates, and anything that needs your attention so you can quickly see what matters most. Visit the Amplified Client Hub by Clicking Here.
What your dashboard is designed to do
The dashboard is designed to give you clarity at a glance without requiring you to click through multiple sections.
- Show the status of your active projects
- Surface recent messages or updates
- Highlight items that need review or action
Common sections you may see
Depending on your services and activity, your dashboard may include several of the following areas:
- Projects showing current progress and status
- Tasks or action items waiting for your input or approval
- Messages or notifications from our team
- Recent files shared between you and Amplified Reach
Not every client sees the exact same layout. Your dashboard adjusts based on what services you have and what is currently active.
Using your dashboard effectively
A quick check of your dashboard can usually tell you everything you need to know for the day.
- Look for items marked as needing review or attention
- Open projects to see detailed progress and next steps
- Respond to messages directly from the dashboard when possible
This helps keep communication centralized and projects moving forward.
What the dashboard does not replace
While the dashboard gives a great overview, some actions still require opening specific sections.
- Detailed project timelines and tasks live inside each project
- Full message history lives in the messaging or support area
- Billing details live in the billing and subscriptions section
If something looks missing
If you do not see something you expect, it may not be active yet or may be located in another section of the Hub.
If you are unsure, submit a support ticket and we will point you in the right direction.
