What a project represents
A project represents a specific service, build, or initiative you are working on with Amplified Reach.
Projects are used to keep everything related to that work organized in one place.
- Website builds or redesigns
- Ongoing website updates or care plans
- Marketing or technical services
How tasks fit into a project
Tasks are the individual steps that make up a project. They help break work into clear, manageable pieces.
- Some tasks are handled entirely by our team
- Some tasks may require your review, approval, or input
- Each task reflects a specific action or milestone
Tasks help ensure nothing is missed and that work moves forward in the right order.
Understanding progress indicators
Progress indicators give you a quick visual understanding of where things stand.
- Completed items show what is finished
- In-progress items show what is currently being worked on
- Pending or waiting items may need review or input
You do not need to interpret technical details. The goal is simply to help you understand overall momentum.
Your role in keeping projects moving
Projects move fastest when review items are completed promptly.
- Check tasks marked as needing review or approval
- Leave feedback directly inside the project when requested
- Upload requested files or information as soon as possible
Keeping feedback and approvals inside the Hub helps prevent delays and confusion.
If something does not look right
If you believe a task is missing or a project does not look correct, submit a support ticket so our team can review it.
