What Happens After You Sign Up
This article explains what happens after you become a client, what we need from you, and how the early steps are organized inside your Amplified Client Hub.
The short version
After you sign up, you will receive access to your Client Hub, complete a quick onboarding step, and begin collaborating with our team through organized project updates, file requests, and approvals.
Step 1: You get access to the Client Hub
Once your account is created, you will receive an email with your Client Hub login link and instructions for accessing your dashboard.
Your Client Hub is where everything lives, including project updates, messages, files, and billing.
Step 2: We confirm your project details
Early on, we confirm the basics so we can build correctly the first time.
- Your business name and primary contact information
- Your goals for the website or service
- Any key preferences, examples, or brand direction
- What content you already have, and what still needs to be provided
Step 3: You submit content and key assets
Most projects move fastest when we have the right content early. If your project requires content or assets, we will request them inside the Hub.
- Logo files (if available)
- Business details and contact info
- Services list and any key selling points
- Photos, documents, or other media you want included
If you do not have everything ready, that is okay. We can still begin with what you have and guide you on the rest.
Step 4: We start work and keep you updated
Once onboarding is underway, our team begins the build or service work. You will see progress updates inside your Client Hub.
- Project updates and next steps
- Requests for feedback or approvals
- Files shared between you and our team
- Messages and support tickets in one place
Step 5: Review and approval
When items are ready for your review, we will notify you inside the Hub. Timely reviews keep the project moving.
If you ever need clarification, reply in the Hub or submit a support ticket so everything stays tracked.
How long does it take?
Timelines vary based on the service and how quickly content and approvals are provided. The fastest projects happen when clients upload requested items early and respond to review requests promptly.
