How to Log in to Your Amplified Client Hub

This article walks you through how to access your Amplified Client Hub, what credentials you need, and what to do if you run into issues logging in.

The short version

Your Amplified Client Hub is accessed through a secure login page. Once logged in, you will see your dashboard, projects, messages, files, and billing in one place.


Where to find your login link

After signing up, you will receive an email with your Client Hub login link. This link is unique to Amplified Reach and should be bookmarked for easy access.

If you cannot find your original email, do not worry. The login link is also available directly from the Amplified Reach website or can be resent by our support team.

Logging in for the first time

When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to set or confirm your password.

  • Enter the email address associated with your account.
  • Enter your password or follow the password setup instructions.
  • Click the login button to access your dashboard.

Once logged in, you will be taken directly to your Client Hub dashboard.

If you forgot your password

If you do not remember your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login page.

  • Enter your email address.
  • Check your inbox for the password reset email.
  • Follow the instructions to create a new password.

If you do not see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

Recommended browsers and devices

For the best experience inside the Client Hub, we recommend using a modern web browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari.

The Client Hub works on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops. However, using a desktop or laptop provides the best visibility for dashboards, projects, and file management.

What to do if you cannot log in

If you are unable to log in after following the steps above, here are a few things to check:

  • Confirm you are using the correct email address.
  • Make sure your password is entered exactly as created.
  • Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
