Updating Your Payment Information

This article explains how to update your payment information, where to update it based on the service you are paying for, and what to do if you need help.

The short version

Update payment details in the same platform where the service is billed. Hosting, domains, and website packages are managed in Amplified Hosting. Add-on services are managed in the Amplified Client Hub.

Where to update your payment method

Payment information must be updated in the platform where the invoice appears.

  • Amplified Hosting: Hosting, domains, and website package subscriptions.
  • Amplified Client Hub: Add-on services such as SEO, Google Business services, and other enhancements.

Before you update your payment information

If you received a payment failure notice, confirm which service it is related to and which platform the invoice is in.

  • Check the invoice date and service name
  • Confirm whether the invoice is hosting-related or an add-on service

Updating payment information in Amplified Hosting

Use the Amplified Hosting portal to update the payment method used for hosting, domains, and website packages.

  • Log into the Amplified Hosting portal
  • Navigate to billing or payment methods
  • Update your payment information and save changes
  • Confirm any past due invoice is paid or scheduled to be paid

Updating payment information in the Amplified Client Hub

Use the Amplified Client Hub billing area to update payment details for add-on services.

  • Log into the Amplified Client Hub
  • Open the billing section
  • Update your payment information (when available)
  • Confirm the invoice shows as paid

If you cannot update payment information

If you do not see an option to update payment details or something does not work correctly, submit a support ticket.
