A subscription is a recurring plan that keeps your services active. Most subscriptions renew automatically to prevent service interruptions.
Where renewals happen
Renewals are managed in the platform where the service is billed.
- Amplified Hosting handles renewals for hosting, domains, and website packages.
- Amplified Client Hub handles renewals for add-on services such as SEO or Google Business services.
How automatic renewals work
When a subscription is set to renew, the system will attempt to process the payment on or near the renewal date.
- If the payment succeeds, your service continues with no interruption.
- If the payment fails, the invoice may show as past due and may require action.
How to check your renewal status
You can check renewal status by reviewing your active subscriptions and recent invoices.
- For hosting, domains, or website packages, check the Amplified Hosting portal.
- For add-on services, check billing inside the Amplified Client Hub.
Renewal reminders and notifications
Depending on the service, you may receive reminders related to upcoming renewals or payment issues.
If you see a notification, review the related invoice in the platform where it appears.
