Viewing Billing and Subscriptions in the Hub
This article explains how to view invoices, receipts, and subscription details inside the Amplified Client Hub, and what to do if you have a billing question.

What you can view in the billing area
The billing area is designed to give you clear visibility into your account without needing to request basic billing details.
- Invoices and payment status
- Receipts and payment history
- Active subscriptions or plans
- Payment method updates (when available)
Finding invoices and receipts
Invoices show what was billed, when it was billed, and whether it has been paid.
- Open the billing section inside the Hub
- Locate the invoice you want to view
- Download or save the invoice or receipt for your records
Understanding subscription status
Your subscription status helps you understand what is currently active on your account.
- Active means your plan is current and in good standing
- Past due means a payment attempt failed or an invoice is unpaid
- Cancelled means the plan is no longer active
If something looks incorrect, submit a support ticket so our team can review your account.
If a payment fails
Payment failures can happen for simple reasons such as an expired card or bank security checks.
- Check your invoice status in the Hub
- Update your payment method if needed
- Submit a support ticket if you need assistance
Billing questions and support
If you have a billing question, submit a support ticket and include:
- The invoice number or billing date
- What you expected to see, and what looks incorrect
- Any screenshots that help explain the issue
